EUBANK, Judge.

On the evening of September 16, 1978, the defendant-appellee, Grady C. Dawe, overturned his father's 1965 Chevrolet pick-up truck. One of the passengers therein, Joshua W. Petefish, was severely injured, and filed a claim in negligence against Grady Dawe for injuries he sustained.1 Since Grady Dawe was a minor, his parents were named as parties defendant on theories...
