PRYOR, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from the Superior Court's action granting the motion of appellee Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) to dismiss the retaliatory discharge count set forth in appellant's amended complaint as barred by the one year period of limitation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (Act), D.C.Code 1973, §§ 6-22011 et seq. Upon review of the record below, we affirm.
