Breach of Contract. The facts of this case show that Piedmont Engineering & Construction Company was the prime contractor on several large apartment and condominium projects. One of these was in Gainesville (the Woodlake project) and one in Marietta (the Woods project). Piedmont subcontracted with Amps Electric Company, Inc. to perform all the electrical work on these projects. The agreement was that Amps would purchase all the electrical supplies...
