This is a suit for workmen's compensation. Plaintiff-appellant Wilton Carter injured his left ankle while changing a tire as an employee of defendant in its automotive repair shop. Plaintiff-appellant (Carter) alleged in his petition that he suffered "an injury to his leg and ankle."
