Robert Spencer brings this appeal under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review the Secretary's decision to deny his claim for disability benefits for a period beginning August 5, 1979. The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in granting the Secretary's motion for judgment on the pleadings affirming the Administrative Law Judge's finding that Spencer was not disabled and not entitled to disability insurance benefits.
