On July 8, 1981, Energy Control Systems of the Midwest began this adversary proceeding by filing a complaint which named Com/Energy Products Co., Inc. (Com/Energy) and New England Gas and Electrical Association (NEGEA) as defendants. The complaint contained causes of action for fraud and breach of contract. No request for a jury trial was made in the complaint, but plaintiff's attorney did mark a box on the bankruptcy...
