Amfac Mechanical Supply Company (appellant), in order to collect an unpaid account owed by C & B Plumbing and Heating, Inc. (C & B), in the amount of approximately $11,000, sued Carl and Beverly Federer (appellees) to pierce the corporate veil and reach the personal assets of appellees.
