Defendant and codefendant Clarence Walker were charged with breaking and entering an unoccupied structure with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, in a complaint and warrant dated October 14, 1980. The same complaint and warrant charged defendant separately with possession of metallic knuckles, MCL 750.224; MSA 28.421.
