NUGENT, Presiding Judge.

Dennis Skillicorn appeals his conviction of murder in the second degree after a jury found him guilty. He was sentenced to thirty-five years imprisonment. We affirm.

On December 2, 1979, Skillicorn and two friends, James Betts and Elias Frank Brooks, Jr., met around noon. After drinking beer they decided to commit a burglary at some undetermined place "in the country". The three stopped at Wendell Howell's house, near Levasy, Missouri...
