This is a quiet title action seeking to determine ownership of 7.87 acres of land formed by accretion to Bullard Bend along the Missouri River in Harrison County. We granted further review to the defendant, State of Iowa, from the court of appeals decision affirming the district court's decree which quieted title of the accreted land in the riparian owners, plaintiffs Wilfred and Deanna Nielsen.
