Appellant appeals by leave of this Court from the Oakland County Circuit Court's order affirming the probate court order surcharging the appellant-attorney. The probate court order required appellant to pay the sum of $2,500 to appellees Wade and Mattie Jones, parents of the deceased, Isaac Jones.
