Appellants appeal from an order sustaining appellees' preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer to the third causes of action in a two count Complaint in Assumpsit and Trespass. The first two causes of action were in assumpsit and alleged that the appellees illegally terminated the contract of employment entered into with the appellants. The third causes of action were in trespass and claimed that appellees, in printing a retraction...
