This controversy demonstrates that molasses can be as slow in December as in January. Defendants River Terminal Corporation ("River Terminal") and CK Processing Co. ("CK") appeal from judgment for plaintiff Westway Trading Corporation in these consolidated cases which were tried to the court. The cases arose from a dispute concerning plaintiff's need for steam to facilitate pumping of molasses from barges into its storage tanks at a Mississippi...
