This attorney disciplinary proceeding arises from the alteration by the respondent, Morris Hurd, of a motion after it had been approved by opposing counsel and granted by order of a magistrate. The Grievance Commission concluded that the respondent was guilty of ethical misconduct and recommended that his license be suspended for thirty days. We find that the respondent is guilty of misconduct and order that his license to practice law be suspended...
