The plaintiff's cause of action did not arise in Wisconsin, and did not arise out of any contact the defendant had with this state. The broad issue is whether the courts of this state have personal jurisdiction over the defendant under the "doing business" subsection of Wisconsin's long-arm statute, sec. 801.05(1) (d), Stats...
