PRYOR, Associate Judge:

A two-count indictment was filed charging appellant with second-degree murder while armed and second-degree murder, D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2403, -3202, in connection with the death of one Furman R. Turner. Following a trial by jury, appellant was found guilty of the greater offense and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 15 years to life. Appellant's motion for a new trial, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel, was denied....
