In these consolidated diversity actions, two defendants, Hans and Josef Huber, both of whom are Swiss nationals, have petitioned the court for an order disqualifying the law firm of Lake, Tindall, Hunger and Thackston (Lake, Tindall) from representing plaintiffs herein because of alleged conflict of interest arising out of the attorneys' prior professional relations with the Hubers.
