This is an attempted appeal "from the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment" in a custody proceeding. At this time the claims to custody of D. R. J. are those made by (1) the genetic parent (natural mother), § 14-15-01(5), NDCC, and (2) by the acting parent, the grandmother, § 14-14-02(9), NDCC. D. R. J. was born in 1974 and, except for the months of September and October 1976, has lived in the home of the grandmother...
