This dispute is between seven brothers and sisters, one sister-in-law and two competing holders of oil, gas and mineral leases on the same tracts of land in Hardeman County. The brothers and sisters are the beneficiaries of a testamentary trust established by Mrs. Stella Love Bryant, the common source of title of all parties.
