COUNTISS, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order denying a Rule 215a motion1 to require a deponent to answer certain questions. We affirm.

The case before this court is ancillary to a suit pending in another jurisdiction. Appellants J. Albert Warford and JoAnne Stevens are plaintiffs in a civil suit in the State of Hawaii against Sonny Arnold, Sue Warford and various other persons....
