This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, which, in essence, found that while the appellant, Sharon Rawson, had paid to third parties money for damages caused solely by the negligence of the appellee, City of Omaha (City), she could not recover that money from the City under the theory of contribution.
