Defendant Uniroyal appeals of right from a jury verdict rendered in Wayne County Circuit Court on November 5, 1979. Plaintiff cross appeals. This case arose from an accident wherein plaintiff, the operator of a gas station, was injured as a result of the explosion of an automobile tire while plaintiff was repairing a leak in the tire.
