Thomas Michael Brown and Charles William Summers, appellants, were convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County of (1) breaking with an intent to steal property valued at over $300; (2) malicious destruction of property, and (3) rogue and vagabond. Summers was sentenced to nine years imprisonment for the breaking conviction, with concurrent one year sentences for the malicious destruction and rogue...
