This case involves a sale and purchase agreement wherein appellees agreed to buy appellant's KLRA-AM radio station for $3,000,000. Appellees refused to close the sale, citing a number of reasons for nonperformance. Appellant filed suit against appellees for breach of contract, alleging damages of $1,000,000.
