John Mark Evans was charged with selling hashish, a controlled substance, in violation of Section 195.020 RSMo 1978. Upon a jury verdict of guilty, the trial court sentenced Evans to five years imprisonment, suspended execution of the sentence, and placed Evans under probation supervision for five years. Evans appeals his conviction.
