This is an appeal from an order by United States District Judge Walter J. Skinner granting the summary judgment motion of defendant Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). In his October 30, 1981, order, Judge Skinner upheld the CIA's decision to withhold portions of certain documents within its possession pursuant to exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552.
