This appeal involves an action for specific performance of a right of first refusal by O'Haire against Cochran and the Cooks. The Cooks filed a third party complaint against Abstract and Title Corporation of Florida, alleging that any damage to the Cooks was the result of Abstract and Title's negligent preparation of the abstract.
