EX PARTE WEAVER

Civ. 3086.

412 So.2d 286 (1982)

Ex parte Harry Alton WEAVER. In re Mary Elizabeth WEAVER v. Harry Alton WEAVER.

Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama.

March 24, 1982.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

G. W. Nicholson, Birmingham, for appellant.

Robert B. Huie, Birmingham, for appellee.

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

This is a contempt case.

This cause arose under the following pertinent facts:

The Weavers were divorced in February 1977. The wife was awarded custody of the four minor children, and the husband was ordered to pay $500 per month child support. The original decree of divorce did not provide for an automatic reduction in child support as the children became of age, married or became self-supporting.1
