BOUTALL, Judge.

Appellant, Mar-Cham, Inc., was the third party defendant in a suit on open account by R.J. Daigle and Sons Contractors, Inc., against Sampey Brothers general contractors. Mar-Cham appeals the judgment against it in favor of Sampey Brothers in the amount of $52,329.00. We affirm in part and amend in part.
