This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate the forfeiture of an appeal bond and to exonerate the bond which had been posted on behalf of Uriel Oreguera Torres, who had been convicted of a violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351 and had been admitted to bail in the amount of $30,000 pending the hearing and determination of his appeal.
