This is an appeal from a purported class action suit instituted by appellant on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated against appellee, Colonial Country Club for a declaratory judgment. The purpose of the suit was to construe certain provisions of the by-laws of appellee, a non-profit association, to determine the legality of certain rules, regulations and policies of the Board of Governors of appellee.
