HARRISON, Justice.

Defendant/appellant was convicted of aggravated assault, a felony, on January 20, 1982, in the Fifteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, Daniels County, Montana. On February 18, 1982, the court sentenced defendant to ten years in the Montana State Prison for the aggravated assault and ten years, with the last eight years suspended, under the enhancement statute.
