ASHBY, J.

Plaintiff Insul-Acoustics, Inc., brought a complaint to foreclose a mechanic's lien. (Civ. Code, § 3110.) The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant Sung Soo Lee on the ground that plaintiff's claim was not timely recorded. (Civ. Code, § 3116.)
