Edward Batko, Jr. drove his automobile to a private hangar which housed an airplane owned by Mecca Investment Company. He parked the car, facing the hangar, about 30 feet from Mecca's airplane. Batko then got out of the car after putting the standard transmission into neutral and setting the parking brake. The engine was idling. While Batko was looking at Mecca's plane, his companion, Thomas Pruski, Jr., who was sitting in the passenger's seat...
