This appeal brings up for review the denial of defendant's motion to dismiss two indictments (Nos. 8042/80 and 8043/80) upon the ground that the New York State Special Prosecutor's office had exclusive jurisdiction of these matters and, therefore, the District Attorney of Queens County was not authorized to present them to the Queens County Supreme Court Grand Jury.
