This is a trespass action filed on February 14, 1979 by plaintiff, Anna May Pensabene, a minor at the time, against defendants, Girard and Nancy Santino, to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff at defendants' residence.
The case came to trial before the undersigned and a jury on February 1 and 2, 1982. The jury rendered a verdict by a five-sixths majority on February 2, 1982 in favor of the defendants.
