This is an original action for mandamus in which the relators, Maupin Construction Co. and Horizon Properties Corp., seek to have the district court set aside an order granting a new trial.

The facts giving rise to this mandamus proceeding are undisputed. The cause of action was tried to a jury and resulted in a jury verdict. The trial court, based on the jury's verdict, entered a take nothing judgment for the relators...
