In this tort action plaintiff, James Copes, individually and for the benefit of his minor daughter, Sonia, appeals a judgment which awarded damages in the amount of $2,331.07 against Copeland Building Supply, Inc. for injuries to Sonia and medical expenses incurred for the treatment of those injuries.
