John Fuller brings this appeal from convictions and sentences for third degree murder and the unlawful possession of a firearm while engaged in a criminal offense.

Fuller was charged with second degree murder and with displaying a firearm during the commission of the second degree murder felony. A jury trial was held at which evidence was introduced by the State, consisting of a written statement and a video tape statement...
