MOTION TO DISMISS

The defendant-appellee, Richard E. Chaudoir, moves to dismiss the appeal of the plaintiff-appellant, Nora Jean Hamilton Chaudoir, on the grounds that the appellant's appeal was not timely taken. We dismiss the appeal.
