On December 10, 1980, George Reed pled guilty to forcible rape in violation of LSA-RSA. R.S. 14:42.1, and on March 30, 1981 he was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment to be served at Hunt Correctional Center with two of those years to be without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
