The plaintiff appeals from an order of accelerated judgment granted in favor of the defendant hospital. The facts in this case are simple. The plaintiff was injured when he fell down the stairs in his house on December 3, 1977. He was rushed to the emergency room at Annapolis Hospital, where he complained of pain in his foot, knee, shoulder, and wrists. Multiple X-rays were taken.
