KDI Corporation, debtor herein, filed for relief under Chapter XI of the United States Bankruptcy Act in December 1970. KDI's Plan of Arrangement was thereafter confirmed in June 1973. On April 19, 1971, Ross M. Gwynn, claimant herein, filed a proof of claim for $30,878.66 which was assigned Claim No. 178. KDI filed an objection to that claim on June 25, 1971 stating that it was not truly or justly indebted to Gwynn...
