This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to set aside a default judgment. Based on the issues raised to the trial court, we affirm its findings.

The Helena National Bank obtained a judgment against Harold Snell, an employee of the Sun Gas Liquid Company. The Bank issued several writs of garnishment against Sun Gas and they were answered and paid. But one issued on October 15, 1980, and served on October 20th, was not answered by Sun...
