Appellant, Keith Hayes, 16 years of age, was arrested and tried as an adult before a jury on three counts in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County; kidnapping, armed criminal action, and robbery in the first degree. The jury found Hayes guilty on the three counts; he was sentenced to 5 years for kidnapping, and 5 years for armed criminal action to run concurrently, plus 10 years for robbery to run consecutively with the concurrent 5 year sentences for...
