Mrs. Adell Burnett, a Licensed Practical Nurse employed at E.A. Conway Memorial Hospital, Monroe, was suspended from employment at Conway and subsequently terminated because of alleged gross negligence in the treatment of a patient, Mrs. Luebirta Jones, which resulted in that patient's death.
