PER CURIAM.
A jury convicted Harold Lucas of first-degree murder and, agreeing with that jury's recommendation, the trial judge sentenced him to death. On appeal we affirmed his conviction, but, because the trial judge had erroneously considered a nonstatutory aggravating circumstances, we remanded for resentencing without the benefit of a new sentence recommendation by a jury.
