This is a divorce case.

On January 11, 1982 Joy D. Faught and Kenneth L. Faught were awarded a divorce decree in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County on grounds of incompatibility of temperament. The divorce decree gave custody of the couple's one remaining minor child to the wife.
