Automobile Accident — Deposition Testimony. Luther Rosser owned and operated an auto repair shop in Atlanta. In March 1979 while enroute to his place of business, Rosser stopped his automobile in the middle lane of a four-lane road, preparatory to making a left turn across the two approaching lanes of traffic into his place of business. There was heavy morning traffic which required Rosser to sit in the middle lane for a brief time waiting...
