Defendant appeals from his judgment of conviction and sentence on charges of burglary in the first degree and accessory after the fact to murder. We hold that the doctrine of collateral estoppel bars defendant's prosecution and conviction on the charge of aiding and abetting the crime of first-degree burglary, and we reverse the judgment of conviction entered on that charge....
